Community Integration and Human Resource Development Centre (CIHRDC)

Serving children with exceptional needs who are unable to access the services in their communities is the main goal of CIHRDC. Furthermore, it helps to identify and train these children early on so that their social and economic rehabilitation goals can be met.

The unique demands of children with special education needs or impairments that cannot be sufficiently met in regular schools are intended to be met by this institution. These  institutions offer customised assistance, specialised instruction, and a customised curriculum  to promote the overall growth of children with a range of learning difficulties. Children with emotional and behavioural issues, as well as those with physical, intellectual, sensory, and learning challenges, are all accommodated.

It places a high value on individualised care, offering therapies and one-on-ne support to close learning gaps and foster both academic and personal development. In addition to promoting inclusivity and awareness within the larger community, it challenges societal attitudes and cultivates understanding towards people with disabilities by working to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students with special needs.

The primary goal is vulnerability and vulnerability reduction of people who could not be able to manage or solve their problems and issues.
